The Flipping Good Beer Shop is owned and run by Flipside Brewery, Private Road No 2, Colwick, Nottingham, NG4 2JR.
All orders are despatched from Flipside Brewery.

Although there is no minimum order quantity, 12 x 500ml bottles fit comfortably inside each box. For packaging we use thick double walled cardboard boxes.
We aim to get your order to you within 5 (five) working days (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu & Fri inclusive, excluding Bank/Public holidays), but strive towards 3 (three) working days, for orders received by 10:00am. The courier we use is UK-Mail.
We aim to get your order to you within 5 (five) working days throughout the year but please be aware this is not guaranteed particularly at busy times of year – around Christmas and during National and Local beer festivals. The cost of this service is £7.95 and covers England, Wales and Southern Scotland. Please ensure that you are able to take delivery – a work address is sometimes the most practical.

Although we aim to get your order to you within 5 (five) working days, this is not guaranteed as situations may arise outside of our control. Goods that are requested to be left without a signature are left at the customers own risk. If all attempts to deliver have failed, delivery charges incurred by us are not refundable. If a customer requests re-delivery then all additional carriage charges will be charged at cost. Notification of a missing order MUST be made to Flipside Brewery on (0115) 987 7500 within 10 days of the order date. Neither Flipside Brewery nor The Flipping Good Beer Shop will be responsible for the failure to deliver due to circumstances outside our control.
When your order is dispatched we will contact you with a tracking number from our couriers – UK-Mail. Deliveries will be made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday, if there is likely to be no one to receive your order and you would like the package leaving somewhere secure (at your own risk) please contact Flipside Brewery on (0115) 987 7500 and we can add instructions to the package. We strongly advise having your parcel delivered to an address where there will be someone in – a relative, friendly neighbour, teetotal friend or at your work address.
The delivery courier will attempt to deliver twice and will leave a calling card, after this point it is up to you to collect the parcel from the delivery depot within 5 (five) days of the last attempted delivery. After holding the parcel for 5 (five) days the parcel will be returned to us, redelivery will then cost the standard rate.
Amending /cancelling an existing order:
Any orders can be amended providing the order has not been dispatched – in this instance it is best to contact us at Flipside Brewery on (0115) 987 7500 for a prompt response. You may cancel an order for a full refund providing the order has not been dispatched. After the order has been dispatched you have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied for any reason. You must inform us by phone on (0115) 987 7500 if you plan to return goods. The packaging and carriage costs in this case are the customers responsibility as is any lost and/or damage to goods while in transit. Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date that the returned goods have been received at Flipside Brewery.
We will attempt to contact you and inform you of any ordered items that are unavailable; we may replace any unavailable items with items of a similar style and of equivalent or superior price / quality.
